If you’ve been shipped the incorrect order or the item is faulty, please email us at kensingtonkidsapparel@gmail.com and we will help you fix the issue. If we are sold out of the item you would like, we can offer you a refund and we will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package.
